Activate license to a group


NOTE: Groups are supported only for users authenticated through Microsoft Work Accounts (Entra ID)

In order to activate a license to a group, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Log in to DAX Optimizer using your Microsoft Work Account.

    If you don’t have an account, create one by selecting Microsoft Work Account as the login type.

  2. Create a group in DAX Optimizer.

  3. Switch to the group you created.

    To switch from your individual account to the group account, click on the user icon in the top right corner of the screen and select the group you created.

  4. Activate the license by clicking the Activate License button in the top right corner of the screen.

    Alternatively, you can add and manage licenses through the Licenses tab in the Settings dialog box.

    NOTE: Before activating the license, ensure that you have switched to the group account.
